We will replace any Kataaro product found to have a manufacturing defect. A non-embroidered item may be returned for size exchange at the customer's shipping expense. All non-embroidered items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All returns and exchanges must be approved by a store manager.
